This base fee applies regardless of how long the application takes to complete. From tight, low-volume spot treatments to intensive, high-volume crop penetration canopy work, we deliver elite precision exactly where your farm needs it most.
📈 Incentives and Smart Volume Discounts
The "Neighbor Discount": 5% to 10% discount if neighboring farms schedule their fields on the same consecutive day. \
Multi-Application Packages: discounted rate if a client signs a contract booking for a multi-step season plan (e.g., an early-season herbicide spray followed by a mid-season pesticide application), or for applications that require multiple sequential applications (e.g., stocked "fish" ponds, dense mature vegetation).
Annual Volume Rebates: if a single grower surpasses a 1,000 acres over the calendar year, a reduced GPA premium will apply to subsequent fields.
⚠️ Important Application Requirements & Disclaimers
Chemical Supply: All listed rates are for application labor and equipment only. The land owner or manager is entirely responsible for purchasing and supplying all chemicals, fertilizers, or cover crop seeds.
Water and Clean Mix Site: The client must provide a clean, accessible water source at or directly adjacent to the designated landing zone. The landing area must be clear of low-hanging obstacles and large enough to safely park a truck and mixing tank trailer.
Weather and Wind Window: For maximum efficacy and safety, operations will strictly adhere to label guidelines regarding wind speeds and ambient temperatures. Flights delayed due to high winds, heavy rain, or lightning will be rescheduled at the earliest safe opportunity without penalty.
Pre-Flight Mapping: Every field must be digitally mapped prior to flight. Clients are required to clearly declare any known permanent ground hazards, active power lines, guy-wires, or neighboring sensitive crops before application begins.

While our drones are highly versatile, certain pasture layouts require advanced flight planning, manual piloting, or extra setup time. Surcharges or adjusted per-acre rates may apply under the following conditions:
Field Accessibility: Long travel distances or poor truck access from the mixing station to the takeoff zone.
Complex Shapes: Highly irregular, narrow, or fragmented pastures that reduce continuous flight efficiency.
Airborne Obstacles: Heavy tree lines, wind turbines, cell towers, or low-hanging power lines requiring complex obstacle avoidance mapping.
Thick Brush & Mix Volume: Dense brush or heavy weed pressure requiring higher gallons-per-acre (GPA) application volumes, increasing battery and payload refill cycles.
Proximity to Off-Target Areas: Pastures immediately adjacent to organic crops, residential areas, or sensitive waterways requiring slow, precise drift-management piloting.
